1. قبول الشروط

باستخدام تطبيق ملفاتي أو هذا الموقع، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إذا لم توافق عليها، فتوقف عن استخدام الخدمة.
By using the Mlfati app or this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

يوفر ملفاتي أدوات لإدارة الملفات ومعاينتها وتشغيل الوسائط وتحريرها، مع إمكانية ربط خدمات تخزين يدعمها التطبيق. أنت مسؤول عن الملفات التي تستوردها أو تنشئها أو تعدلها وعن امتلاك الحقوق اللازمة لاستخدامها.
Mlfati provides tools to manage and preview files, play media, and edit content, with optional connections to supported storage services. You are responsible for the files you import, create, or modify and for having the rights required to use them.

ربط Google Drive اختياري ويبدأ بطلب صريح منك. يستخدم التطبيق الصلاحيات المعروضة في شاشة موافقة Google للوصول إلى الملفات التي تختارها أو التي ينشئها التطبيق. عند اختيار «نسخ رابط Google Drive» والموافقة على التنبيه، يسمح التطبيق بالقراءة لمن يملك الرابط حتى توقف المشاركة؛ لذا فأنت مسؤول عن اختيار العنصر والأشخاص الذين ترسل إليهم الرابط. يمكنك فصل الحساب وإلغاء الوصول في أي وقت من التطبيق أو إعدادات حساب Google.
Connecting Google Drive is optional and begins only when you request it. The app uses the permissions shown on Google’s consent screen to access files you select or create with the app. When you choose “Copy Google Drive Link” and confirm the warning, the app grants read access to anyone with the link until you stop sharing; you are responsible for the selected item and intended recipients. You can disconnect and revoke access at any time from the app or Google Account settings.

يُمنع رفع أو مشاركة أو طلب توزيع أي مما يلي:
You must not upload, share, or solicit the distribution of any of the following:
- المواد الإباحية أو الجنسية الصريحة، والعري، والأفعال أو الإيحاءات الجنسية، وأي صور أو مقاطع أو تسجيلات أو رسوم فاضحة أو خادشة للحياء.
- Pornographic or sexually explicit material, nudity, sexual acts or solicitation, and obscene images, videos, audio, illustrations, or other media.
- أي محتوى يتضمن استغلال الأطفال أو إساءتهم أو تصويرهم بصورة جنسية. هذا المحتوى محظور قطعياً، وقد يُحفظ البلاغ والدليل ويُحال إلى الجهات المختصة وفق النظام.
- Any content involving child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or sexualized depictions of minors. Such content is strictly prohibited and may be preserved and reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law.
- الصور أو التسجيلات الشخصية أو الخاصة المنشورة دون موافقة أصحابها، أو المحتوى المستخدم للتهديد أو الابتزاز أو التشهير أو كشف المعلومات الشخصية.
- Private or intimate images or recordings shared without consent, or content used for threats, blackmail, extortion, defamation, harassment, or exposure of personal information.
- المواد التي تنتهك حقوق النشر أو العلامات التجارية أو الملكية الفكرية أو حقوق التوزيع، بما في ذلك النسخ غير المرخصة من البرامج والأفلام والموسيقى والكتب.
- Material that infringes copyrights, trademarks, intellectual-property, or distribution rights, including unauthorized copies of software, films, music, or books.
- المحتوى الذي يحرّض على الإرهاب أو العنف أو إيذاء النفس أو الكراهية، أو يسيء إلى الأديان أو الشعوب، أو يروّج لجماعات أو أنشطة محظورة.
- Content that promotes terrorism, violence, self-harm, or hatred; attacks religions or peoples; or supports prohibited organizations or activities.
- البرمجيات الضارة وملفات الاختراق والتصيد والاحتيال والرسائل المزعجة، أو أي محتوى غير قانوني أو يهدف إلى تعطيل الخدمة أو الوصول غير المصرح به إلى أجهزة أو حسابات أو بيانات الغير.
- Malware, hacking tools, phishing, fraud, spam, or other illegal content, including attempts to disrupt the service or gain unauthorized access to devices, accounts, or data.
- أي مادة صوتية أو مرئية أو مكتوبة تخالف الأنظمة المطبقة أو تتعارض بصورة واضحة مع الآداب والقيم والمبادئ الإسلامية التي تقوم عليها الخدمة.
- Audio, visual, or written material that violates applicable law or clearly conflicts with the standards of decency and Islamic principles on which the service is operated.
6. مسؤولية المستخدم
6. User responsibility
أنت وحدك المسؤول قانونياً وأخلاقياً وشرعياً عن الملفات التي ترفعها أو الروابط التي تنشرها والنتائج المترتبة عليها، وتقر بأن لديك الحقوق والموافقات اللازمة. لا يعني توفير الخدمة موافقة ملفاتي على محتوى المستخدم أو تبنيه.
You are solely responsible—legally and ethically—for files you upload, links you distribute, and resulting consequences, and you represent that you have all necessary rights and consents. Providing the service does not mean that Mlfati approves or endorses user content.
تذكّر أن مسؤوليتك تمتد إلى ما تنشره وما قد يعيد الآخرون تداوله بسببك؛ فلا تنشر إلا محتوى مشروعاً ونافعاً لا يضر بالآخرين.
Remember that your responsibility extends to what you publish and what others may redistribute because of it. Share only lawful, beneficial content that does not harm others.
7. الإبلاغ والإزالة وإجراءات الحماية
7. Reporting, removal, and protective action
يجوز لمشغلي الخدمة، عند اكتشاف مخالفة أو استلام بلاغ موثوق أو طلب نظامي، تعطيل الرابط وحذف الملف فوراً ومن دون إشعار مسبق، وتقييد أو منع الجهاز أو الاستخدام المرتبط بالمخالفة. وقد نحتفظ بالبيانات الضرورية للتحقيق أو منع تكرار الإساءة أو الامتثال للأنظمة، ونبلغ الجهات المختصة عندما يلزم ذلك.
When a violation is detected, a credible report is received, or a valid legal request is made, service operators may immediately disable the link, delete the file without prior notice, and restrict or block the device or use associated with the violation. We may preserve information needed to investigate abuse, prevent recurrence, comply with law, or report conduct to the appropriate authorities.
إذا وجدت رابطاً مخالفاً، استخدم خيار «الإبلاغ عن الملف» الظاهر في صفحة الرابط أو تواصل معنا عبر صفحة الدعم. يرجى عدم تنزيل المحتوى المخالف أو إعادة نشره.
If you find an abusive link, use “Report this file” on the link page or contact us through the support page. Do not download or redistribute prohibited content.
8. توفر الخدمة المجانية

تُقدّم خدمة الروابط حالياً مجاناً وكما هي. نبذل جهداً لتوفير أداء جيد، لكننا لا نضمن استمرارها دون انقطاع أو فقد، وقد تتغير الميزات أو الحدود أو تتوقف مؤقتاً للصيانة أو الحماية أو لأسباب خارجة عن سيطرتنا.
The link service is currently provided free of charge and as available. We work to provide good performance, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or loss-free operation. Features and limits may change, and the service may be suspended for maintenance, protection, or reasons beyond our control.
9. حماية ملفاتك
9. Protecting your files
احتفظ بنسخة احتياطية من الملفات المهمة قبل النقل أو التحويل أو التحرير، ولا تستخدم رابط المشاركة كنسخة احتياطية دائمة. ضمن الحد الذي يسمح به النظام، لا يتحمل مقدمو الخدمة الأضرار الناتجة عن محتوى المستخدم أو فقد البيانات أو توقف الخدمة.
Keep backups of important files before moving, converting, or editing them, and do not use a share link as permanent backup storage. To the extent permitted by law, service providers are not liable for user content, data loss, or service interruption.
10. التغييرات
10. Changes
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط عند تطوير التطبيق أو تغير المتطلبات. سننشر النسخة المحدثة هنا مع تاريخ آخر تحديث، واستمرار استخدام الخدمة بعد سريانها يعني قبولها.
We may update these terms as the app evolves or requirements change. The updated version and effective date will be published here, and continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance.
