إذا واجهتك مشكلة، أرسل وصفاً واضحاً لما حدث ونوع جهازك وإصدار iOS والخطوات التي أدت للمشكلة. لا ترسل ملفات خاصة أو رموز دخول أو معلومات حساسة.
If you encounter a problem, send a clear description, your device and iOS version, and the steps that led to it. Do not send private files, sign-in codes, or sensitive information.
تأكد من تثبيت أحدث إصدار ثم أعد تشغيل التطبيق.
Install the latest version, then restart the app.
تأكد من وجود مساحة كافية إذا كانت المشكلة أثناء الاستيراد أو التعديل.
Make sure enough space is available for importing or editing.
إذا تعذر الربط، افصل Google Drive من إعدادات التطبيق ثم أعد ربطه.
If connecting fails, disconnect Google Drive in the app settings and connect it again.
يمكنك نسخ الرابط أو مشاركته أو إيقافه من «الأدوات ← روابط المشاركة». للإبلاغ عن ملف مخالف، افتح رابطه واختر «الإبلاغ عن الملف».
Copy, share, or disable a link from “Tools → Share Links.” To report an abusive file, open its link and choose “Report this file.”
