توضح هذه السياسة كيفية تعامل تطبيق ملفاتي وموقع mlfati.com مع المعلومات عند استخدام إدارة الملفات وتشغيل الوسائط والأدوات المحلية وروابط المشاركة والتكامل الاختياري مع Google Drive.

This policy explains how the Mlfati app and mlfati.com handle information when you use file management, media playback, local tools, share links, and the optional Google Drive integration.

تتم معالجة الملفات والصور والصوت والفيديو والمستندات محلياً على جهازك افتراضياً. لا يرفع التطبيق محتوى ملفاتك إلا عندما تختار بنفسك المشاركة أو النقل أو الرفع إلى خدمة سحابية أو إنشاء رابط مشاركة.

Files, images, audio, video, and documents are processed on your device by default. The app uploads file content only when you choose to share, transfer, upload to a cloud service, or create a share link.

عندما تختار «إنشاء رابط مشاركة»، يرفع التطبيق الملف المحدد عبر اتصال HTTPS إلى مساحة تخزين خاصة لدى Cloudflare R2 وينشئ رابطاً على نطاق share.mlfati.com. يستطيع أي شخص يملك الرابط عرض اسم الملف وحجمه وتنزيله، لذلك لا تشارك الرابط أو ترفعه لملف يحتوي معلومات حساسة إلا مع أشخاص تثق بهم.

When you choose “Create Share Link,” the app uploads the selected file over HTTPS to private Cloudflare R2 storage and creates a link on share.mlfati.com. Anyone with the link can see the file name and size and download it, so do not share links to sensitive files except with people you trust.

تختار مدة الاحتفاظ قبل الرفع: يوم، أسبوع، أو بدون انتهاء تلقائي. تُحذف ملفات اليوم والأسبوع بعد انتهاء المدة، ويمكنك إيقاف أي رابط من التطبيق قبل ذلك. الملفات التي تختار لها «بدون انتهاء» تبقى حتى توقف الرابط أو نحذفها لأسباب أمنية أو قانونية أو تشغيلية. يُحفظ رمز إدارة الرابط داخل Keychain ولا يظهر لمستلمي الرابط. وإذا فعّلت مزامنة بيانات التطبيق الاختيارية، يمكن مزامنة هذا الرمز عبر iCloud Keychain الخاص بحسابك لتتمكن من إدارة الرابط من أجهزتك.

Before upload, you choose a retention period: one day, one week, or no automatic expiration. One-day and one-week files are deleted after expiration, and you can disable any link earlier in the app. Files set to “No Expiration” remain until you disable the link or we remove them for security, legal, or operational reasons. The link-management token is stored in Keychain and is not shown to link recipients. If you enable the optional app-data sync, this token can sync through your account’s iCloud Keychain so you can manage the link from your devices.

We retain limited service data needed to operate the feature, such as a random installation identifier, file name, type, size, retention period, link status, download count, and abuse reports. We do not use file contents for advertising or profiling.

We do not routinely inspect the contents of every file. Service operators may review a specific file after an abuse report, to address a security threat, or to comply with a valid legal request. Access is limited to what is necessary to verify and respond, and prohibited content may be removed or reported to the appropriate authorities.

يمكنك من الإعدادات تفعيل مزامنة روابط المشاركة والمواقع التي أضفتها إلى صفحة بداية المتصفح عبر iCloud Keychain المشفّر. لا تشمل هذه المزامنة ملفاتك أو سجل التصفح أو التبويبات المفتوحة أو رمز قفل التطبيق أو معرّف التثبيت. يجب استخدام حساب Apple نفسه مع تفعيل iCloud Keychain على أجهزتك.

You can enable synchronization of share-link records and websites you added to the browser start page through encrypted iCloud Keychain. This sync does not include your files, browsing history, open tabs, app lock passcode, or installation identifier. Your devices must use the same Apple Account with iCloud Keychain enabled.

عند حذف موقع محفوظ أو إيقاف رابط مشاركة، تتم مزامنة الحذف. إيقاف خيار المزامنة يوقف القراءة والكتابة عبر iCloud، لكنه لا يحذف النسخ المحلية أو البيانات التي سبق أن خُزنت في iCloud Keychain.

When you delete a saved website or disable a share link, the deletion is synchronized. Turning sync off stops iCloud reads and writes, but does not delete local copies or data previously stored in iCloud Keychain.

Connecting Google Drive is optional and begins only when you choose “Connect Google Drive” and consent on Google’s screen. The app requests:

تُستخدم بيانات Google حصراً لتقديم الوظائف الظاهرة لك داخل التطبيق: إنشاء مجلد Mlfati، عرض محتوياته، إنشاء المجلدات، ورفع الملفات وتنزيلها وإعادة تسميتها وحذفها، وإنشاء أو إيقاف رابط متاح لمن يملكه عندما تطلب ذلك صراحة. يُستخدم عنوان البريد فقط لتعريف الحساب المتصل في واجهة التطبيق.

Google data is used only for user-facing features in the app: creating the Mlfati folder, listing its contents, creating folders, uploading, downloading, renaming, or deleting files, and creating or disabling a link-accessible permission when you explicitly request it. Your email address is used only to identify the connected account in the app interface.

The app communicates directly with Google services over HTTPS. OAuth tokens are stored on your device in the protected iOS Keychain and are not sent to developer servers. Cloud files remain in your Google Drive account, and files you choose to download are stored in the app’s local space.

We do not sell Google data, use it for advertising, analytics, or profiling, or transfer it to third parties. Data required for the integration flows only between your device and Google APIs to perform the operation you request.

Mlfati’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The app may request access to Photos, Camera, Microphone, or the local network only when you use a feature that requires it. You can change permissions in iOS Settings.

mlfati.com has no user accounts, ads, or analytics and does not set tracking cookies. It stores only your language preference locally in your browser.
